Barre Bleed 4

Program Note

The work Barre Bleed 4 (2024) is an octophonic fixed media composition with computer-generated sounds which range from vivid sonorities to coarser textures. This is the last piece — the swan song — of a series of four pieces. I have a background of modernist aesthetics, so I started to work it out with algorithmic procedures. However, the composition wanted to come out in its own way (and not for the first time).
The work Barre Bleed 4 is written with C++ and a synthesis software built by the author.
